Job Description

We are looking for a E-Commerce Operations Lead based out of Chennai.


Responsiblities:


  • To oversee order landing to last mile with TAT.
  • To handle order pickup and packing.
  • Ensure proper invoice is raised.
  • Handle Customer Queries and resolve.
  • Handle customer returns and refunds.



Any Degree with relevant experience of 2-5 Years

CTC: 4 Lacs.


Can join in short period preferred.
