Role Overview

E-Commerce Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations with partner agencies for

  Amazon, Flipkart, and SEO

  .
• Create and maintain

  product listings

  across all platforms ensuring accuracy in titles, images, keywords, pricing, and specifications.
• Develop and upload

  A+ content

  (enhanced brand pages, visuals, comparison charts, banners) in coordination with design and content teams.
• Work with SEO agency to execute

  on-page and product-level optimization

  strategies.
• Track marketplace analytics including sales trends, rankings, keyword performance, and reviews and prepare actionable reports.
• Ensure pricing, inventory, and product availability are accurate across all channels.
• Support new product launches, sale campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
• Maintain consistent product data and brand representation across all e-commerce touchpoints.

Qualifications & Skills

• 13 years of experience in

  e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or online retail.

• Proficiency in

  Amazon Seller Central

  ,

  Flipkart Seller Hub

  , and CMS tools (Shopify/WordPress preferred).
• Experience with

  A+ content creation

  and coordination with

  SEO or marketing agencies

  .
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a high sense of ownership.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
