E-commerce Intern

As an E-commerce Intern at Vaibhav Global Ltd (VGL), you will have the opportunity to work directly with the E-commerce and Marketing teams, contributing to business growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving key marketing initiatives. This internship will provide valuable insights into consumer behavior, market trends, and promotional strategies, while supporting the management of customer feedback and assisting in campaigns. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring and managing customer reviews and feedback for products across various online platforms, compiling and analyzing feedback to identify trends and actionable insights, preparing detailed reports based on customer feedback, collaborating with the marketing team to translate customer feedback into actionable insights for promotional strategies, providing suggestions and innovative ideas to improve campaigns, product visibility, and customer engagement, planning, executing, and monitoring promotional campaigns, studying market trends, analyzing consumer behavior, and providing insights to shape product strategies and marketing approaches, assisting with optimizing product listings and ensuring content accuracy based on feedback and customer insights, as well as providing general support to the E-commerce department, contributing to a variety of tasks and projects as needed. To qualify for this role, you should be currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams. A basic understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and promotional strategies is required, as well as the ability to analyze and report on customer feedback and market trends. Attention to detail, proactive problem-solving approach, and idea generation skills are also important. Preferred qualifications include previous internship experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or promotions, a keen interest in consumer behavior, market research, and digital marketing strategies, as well as creative and strategic thinking abilities to contribute fresh ideas to marketing initiatives. This junior-level position offers a compensation of 10,000-12,000 Monthly and is located in Jaipur. It requires 0-1 years of experience and is an onsite internship. Pursuing graduation or graduation with experience in e-commerce and promotions marketing is the preferred qualification for this role.,
