E-commerce intern

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Intern to join our team. The intern will assist in managing our online marketplaces, product listings, order management, and digital marketing activities. This role provides a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-growing e-commerce sector.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, etc.).Upload and update product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.Support in managing customer queries, reviews, and feedback.Assist in processing orders, tracking shipments, and coordinating with logistics partners.Work with the marketing team on digital promotions, campaigns, and SEO optimization.Monitor competitor pricing, product trends, and sales performance.Generate reports on product performance, sales trends, and customer insights.Support day-to-day e-commerce operations and other ad-hoc tasks.Required SkillsBasic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon/Flipkart/Shopify, etc.).Knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for data management.Strong communication skills (written and verbal).Attention to detail and ability to multitask.Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, or social media marketing is a plus.EligibilityPursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.Passionate about e-commerce, retail, and digital business.Freshers are welcome; prior internship experience in e-commerce will be an advantage.What We OfferHands-on experience in real-time e-commerce operations.Exposure to online retail strategies and digital marketing.Mentorship and learning opportunities with industry professionals.Certificate of Internship on successful completion.
