As part of our growing digital footprint, we are expanding our e-commerce presence and seeking a proactive, detail-oriented team member. Key Responsibilities: Manage and update product listings across platforms. Oversee order processing, returns, and customer service coordination. Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery. Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and generate weekly reports. Execute marketplace campaigns, discounts, and offers. Work with the design and marketing teams to optimize product images and descriptions. Analyze customer behavior, reviews, and feedback to improve store performance. Research competitors and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field. Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and marketplaces. Good understanding of SEO, digital marketing tools, and e-commerce analytics. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data tracking tools. Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly products is a plus.
