E-Commerce Intern

As an E-commerce Intern at our company, you will be tasked with supporting our online operations and marketing team. You will gain hands-on experience in order management, product listings, customer coordination, and digital marketing initiatives to enhance online sales and increase brand visibility. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in processing online orders and liaising with the warehouse team. - Help in adding or updating products on the website including images, prices, and details. - Learn to manage basic customer queries and feedback. - Support in executing simple marketing activities such as offers, promotions, and social media posts. - Provide suggestions for improving the website's attractiveness and user-friendliness. - Assist in preparing basic reports related to sales and inventory. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate or pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Possess good communication and coordination skills. - Basic knowledge of e-commerce and MS Office, especially Excel. - Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications mentioned above, you will gain practical experience in e-commerce and digital marketing. You will have exposure to real-time operations and online sales strategy. Upon successful completion of the internship, you will receive an internship certificate and a monthly stipend.
