Responsibilities – E-commerce Growth Specialist

• Seller Account Handling
• Manage 10–15 seller accounts across multiple categories on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
• Act as the first point of contact for sellers and resolve day-to-day issues.
• Product Listings & Catalog Optimization
• Create and optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, bullet points, and images.
• Ensure all products meet marketplace compliance and policy requirements.
• Advertising & Campaign Management
• Plan, run, and optimize marketplace ads to achieve sales targets (ACoS/ROAS).
• Monitor daily performance and suggest strategies for promotions, deals, and coupons.
• Sales & Performance Reporting
• Track and analyze weekly/monthly sales performance for sellers.
• Share growth insights, competitor analysis, and actionable recommendations.
• Category & Market Research
• Conduct competitor and category analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Suggest new product launches or bundles for sellers based on demand.
• Account Growth Strategy
• Work with sellers to create revenue growth plans.
• Ensure smooth execution of campaigns, promotions, and seasonal strategies.
• Compliance & Account Health
• Monitor account health metrics, penalties, and claims.
• Resolve listing issues, stock availability, and policy violations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
