As an E-commerce Fulfilment specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and updating product listings on various e-commerce platforms. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing and updating product listings across e-commerce platforms to ensure accurate product details, pricing, and availability. - Coordinating with vendors and courier partners for inbound shipments and managing outbound logistics for on-time delivery of customer orders. - Overseeing packing, labelling, and dispatch processes and tracking deliveries to ensure timely completion and resolve logistics issues. - Maintaining stock levels, conducting regular inventory audits, and ensuring timely replenishment. - Ensuring proper storage, handling, and movement of goods by liaising with warehouse staff, vendors, and logistics partners for smooth operations. - Generating reports on fulfilment KPIs such as order accuracy, delivery timelines, and stock movement. Qualifications required for this role include: - Educational Qualification: Any Graduate or Postgraduate in Supply Chain Management. - Work experience: 2-5 years in a similar role. Key Skills/Experience the Candidate Should Have: - Strong knowledge of inventory and logistics management. - Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and MS Excel. - Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. - Knowledge of supply chain optimization.,
