Job Description

Position : E-commerce Fulfilment

Reporting to: -

Function : NA

Number of reportees :- nil

Educational Qualification:- Any Graduate or Postgraduate – Supply Chain Management

Work experience (in years) :- 2-5 Years

Roles and Responsibilities : -

Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms.
Ensure accurate product details, pricing, and availability are maintained.
Coordinate with vendors and courier partners for inbound shipments.
Manage outbound logistics to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.
Oversee packing, labelling and dispatch processes.
Track deliveries to ensure timely completion and resolve logistics issues.
Maintain stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and movement of goods.
Liaise with warehouse staff, vendors, and logistics partners for smooth operations.
Generate reports on fulfilment KPIs like order accuracy, delivery timelines, and stock movement.

Key Skills/Experience the Candidate Should Have -

Technical (T) and Non-Technical (NT):-

Strong knowledge of inventory and logistics management.
Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and MS Excel.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Knowledge of supply chain optimization.
