Our Client affiliated with an international Retail Brands needs -

Post : E-Commerce Executive

Location : Vile Parle, Mumbai

Industry : Retail International Brand
Qualification : Graduate Experience : 1 year

Salary : 4 Lakhs

The E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day operational execution and management of the company's online sales channels, ensuring optimal product visibility, accurate inventory levels, and a seamless customer experience.

E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS & CATALOG MANAGEMENT

  • Product Listing:

    Upload, update, and manage the product catalog across all designated e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, brand website, etc.).
  • Content Optimization:

    Write and optimize product titles, descriptions, and specifications to improve search rankings and conversion rates (basic SEO).
  • Image Management:

    Ensure all product images and videos comply with platform guidelines and maintain high visual standards.
  • Price and Promotion:

    Implement and monitor pricing strategies and promotional campaigns (discounts, flash sales) as directed by the management.

INVENTORY & ORDER FULFILLMENT

  • Stock Management:

    Regularly reconcile online inventory levels with physical stock to prevent stockouts or overselling.
  • Order Processing:

    Oversee the smooth processing of all online orders from receipt to dispatch and final delivery.
  • Logistics Coordination:

    Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team and third-party courier partners for timely shipment and tracking updates.

PERFORMANCE MONITORING & ANALYSIS

  • Sales Tracking:

    Monitor and report on daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and key metrics (conversion rate, average order value).
  • Competitive Analysis:

    Track competitor activity, pricing, and new launches on e-commerce platforms.
  • Customer Feedback:

    Monitor product reviews and ratings and provide necessary inputs to the product or quality team.

CUSTOMER SERVICE & RETURNS

  • Manage and resolve customer queries related to orders, products, and shipping via platform dashboards or email.
  • Process and track returns, exchanges, and refund requests efficiently and accurately.

KEY SKILLS

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (data management, VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
  • Familiarity with major E-commerce Marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of SEO/SEM and digital advertising.
  • Strong written communication skills for product descriptions and customer service.
  • Excellent attention to detail for inventory and catalog management.
