E-Commerce Executive

· Manager account communication on promotions and execution opportunities to the frontline.

· Overseeing the smooth execution of sales promotional strategies such as sales schemes, campaigns, test marketing, free sampling and demonstration programs for market development.

· Maintains customer focus to proactively identify opportunities to improve service to the customer, quickly and effectively responds to customer problems, partners with other functions/department to meet customer needs.

· Responsible for executing business plan and communicate the strategy to drive revenue and results effectively.

· Anticipates how business plans and actions will impact both organization and the customer financially.

· Takes action to proactively resolve issues and identify improvement

· Makes sound trade-offs of time, effort and resources to effectively manage multiple demands.

· To ensure that all payments are collected as per the company's payment terms.

· Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plan.

· Coordinate with extension team and updating customer feedback in terms of marketing, operations support, Stock Alignment and in-store support for sales improvement.

· Summarizes and disseminates information in a timely manner with appropriate frequency.

· Ensure information reaches all parties who require information to avoid unnecessary surprises.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
