Magento Data Entry Executive



Magento Data Entry Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upload and manage product listings in Magento.
  • Assign accurate categories, tags, product attributes, and descriptions.
  • Update pricing, stock, images, and metadata as needed.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across the product catalog.
  • Coordinate with the design or SEO team to optimize product information.
  • Conduct routine audits to identify and correct listing errors.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Magento 2 (mandatory).
  • Basic knowledge of eCommerce product types (simple, configurable, grouped, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Excel/CSV handling for bulk uploads.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow guidelines and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of SEO-friendly product content is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other CMS or marketplaces (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.).
  • Image editing tools like Photoshop or Canva (basic level).
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets and data cleanup tools.
