Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our presence across multiple online platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Pepperfry, and other marketplaces. The candidate will be responsible for listing, optimizing, and managing our furniture products to ensure maximum visibility, conversion, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings across all e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Pepperfry, etc.)
• Create, update, and optimize product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords.
• Handle daily operations including order management, inventory tracking, and dispatch coordination.
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to improve ranking and conversion rates.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns and seasonal sales (e.g., Diwali, Big Billion Days, etc.).
• Coordinate with design and marketing teams for banner updates and ad creatives.
• Manage customer queries, reviews, and feedback to ensure high satisfaction.
• Analyze platform analytics and prepare regular sales reports and performance updates.
• Stay up to date with e-commerce trends, platform policies, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience managing e-commerce operations (especially for furniture or home décor categories).
• Strong understanding of product listing, SEO, pricing strategies, and e-commerce tools.
• Hands-on experience with seller dashboards on Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in running paid ads or sponsored campaigns on marketplaces.
• Basic knowledge of cataloging software or ERP systems.

Ability to work independently and meet targets within deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
