E-Commerce Executive

Shimarra, an ecommerce company into beauty and personal care is looking for an e-commerce executive for its brand Matra (mymatra.com)

We are specifically looking for someone with
1. Previous experience in Order Processing
2. Advanced Excel Skills
Salary Criteria – (between 18k– 20k)

Oversee the entire order fulfilment process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders.

Manage End to End order processing on Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Nykaa, 1mg etc.
Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to streamline order handling and shipping operations.

Allocate Orders via shipping aggregators such as Shiprocket, Shipglobal etc
Monitor order metrics and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce processing times.

Develop and manage the returns process to ensure a seamless experience for customers returning products.
Analyze return data to identify trends and potential issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.Coordinate with the customer service team to resolve any return-related inquiries or issues.

Handle claims related to order discrepancies, damaged goods, or other issues, ensuring prompt resolution.

Perform regular inventory checks and update stock levels across platforms.

Monitor stock levels and manage reordering processes to avoid stockouts or overstocking.

Verify purchases invoices and inward the inventory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
