JOB DESCRIPTION – E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE

Package: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Based on experience)

Role Overview

We are hiring a detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage product uploads, website content, and daily operational activities on our online sales platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, and specifications on the website/app.
• Ensure product listings are accurate, updated, and visually consistent with the brand.
• Coordinate with design/photography teams for product images and data collection.
• Monitor stock availability, order flow, and listing status.
• Assist in category updates, tagging, and product placement on the website.
• Support the marketing team with online promotions, banners, and campaign updates.
• Prepare daily/weekly performance and upload reports.
• Ensure smooth functioning of e-commerce operations.

Qualification & Skills

• Qualification: Any Degree/Diploma (BCA/BBA/BCom preferred).
• Technical Knowledge:
• Good understanding of e-commerce operations and product listing workflows
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets, product data, and web dashboards
• Shopify / other e-commerce platforms experience is an added advantage
• Skills:
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication
• Organized and efficient in handling multiple tasks
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000
