Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for listing products, managing inventory, handling customer queries, and improving the overall performance of our online stores across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities:Product listing and catalog management on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, eBay, Shopify, Etsy, and Alibaba Managing day-to-day operations of online marketplaces Ensuring accurate and timely updates of product content, price, and availability Coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams for order fulfillment Responding to customer queries, reviews, and feedback Monitoring and analyzing sales data, returns, and promotions Creating and running promotional campaigns, discounts, and deals Optimizing product visibility through SEO and keyword strategies Preparing sales reports and suggesting improvements Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or online marketplace management Hands-on experience with portals like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Meesho, Etsy, eBay, and Alibaba Knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Preferred Skills:Basic understanding of graphic tools like Canva or Photoshop Knowledge of digital marketing or performance advertising Familiarity with cataloging tools and order management systems
