E-Commerce Executive – Order Fulfillment

About Us:

We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand specializing in printed and custom mugs. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily online orders from Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms.
• Coordinate with the printing team to ensure accurate and timely production.
• Manage packaging and prepare shipments for courier pick-up.
• Update order statuses and tracking information on all platforms.
• Maintain inventory records and report low-stock items.
• Liaise with courier partners for timely delivery and issue resolution.
• Ensure quality checks before dispatch.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify/Amazon/Flipkart preferred).
• Fresher Can Apply
• Good communication skills in English or Hindi.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple orders at a time.
• Prior experience in e-commerce order fulfillment will be an added advantage.
