Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Officer - Order Fulfillment located in the Mohali district. The Junior Officer will manage the order fulfillment process from order receipt to dispatch, including Printing, and ensuring timely delivery. The role involves interacting with customers to provide updates, handle queries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and individually
• Prior experience in order fulfillment or a related field is a plus
