E-Commerce Executive

The E-Commerce Executive role involves driving e-commerce sales and growth, managing the online store, enhancing the customer experience, executing digital marketing strategies, and exploring innovative methods to boost customer engagement on the website. With a focus on optimizing the online platform, this position requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field along with 0-2 years of proven experience in E-commerce Management. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the e-commerce business and demonstrate excellent knowledge in IT & Digital Marketing. Proficiency in IT and web analytics tools, strong presentation skills, effective communication, and writing abilities are essential. The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently is crucial for success in this role. Key responsibilities include formulating and executing an e-commerce strategy, overseeing all aspects of the online store such as product listings, pricing updates, and promotions, creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns to drive website traffic, analyzing site performance through monitoring analytics, troubleshooting technical issues to ensure a seamless customer experience, managing website content including product descriptions and images, preparing and delivering regular MIS Reports, and staying updated on industry trends in e-commerce solutions and technologies.
