E-Commerce Executive

As an E-commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing our Shopify store to ensure seamless operations and drive online sales growth. Your duties will include updating product listings, maintaining website content, optimizing user experience, processing orders efficiently, and executing marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with the marketing team to enhance online presence through ads, email campaigns, and social media integrations. Additionally, analyzing Shopify analytics and staying informed about industry trends will be essential for suggesting improvements to enhance store functionality and customer experience. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field and have at least 3 years of experience as an E-commerce Executive, with a particular focus on Shopify. Proficiency in Shopify administration, themes, and basic HTML/CSS is preferred, along with a good understanding of e-commerce best practices, digital marketing, and SEO. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are key to success in this position, as well as the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines consistently. If you have experience with Shopify Liquid, theme customization, or app development, it would be considered a bonus. Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and graphic design tools such as Canva or Photoshop will also be advantageous. Familiarity with paid ads, email marketing, or CRM tools is a plus. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule based in Hyderabad, Telangana. Reliable commuting or plans to relocate to Hyderabad are required for in-person work.
