E-Commerce Executive (Female)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day management of the company’s eCommerce website(s), ensuring all products, promotions, and content are up-to-date and aligned with marketing campaigns.
• Upload and update product information including descriptions, pricing, images, and availability.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, IT, inventory) and external vendors to ensure smooth operation of online channels.
• Monitor website performance and customer behavior using tools like Google Analytics and other eCommerce platforms.
• Execute on-site SEO strategies to improve search visibility.
• Work with the digital marketing team to implement campaigns including email marketing, paid ads, and social media promotions.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and sales events.
• Respond to customer service issues related to online orders in coordination with the customer service team.
• Generate and present reports on key metrics including conversion rates, traffic, sales performance, and user engagement.
• Support testing and implementation of new website features or updates.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with product feed management and marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart).
• Photoshop or other image editing tools for basic creative needs.
• Knowledge of affiliate and performance marketing.
