Role & responsibilities We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to oversee and enhance our digital retail operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing fashion e-commerce platforms, product listings, order fulfillment, and online sales strategies. Key Responsibilities Manage and update e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WordPress, etc.) with accurate product listings, pricing, and imagery. Oversee order management, payment processing, and ensure timely dispatch and delivery. Coordinate with logistics partners for both domestic and international shipping, ensuring proper documentation and customs compliance. Monitor inventory levels and sync stock across online platforms to avoid overselling or stockouts. Collaborate with the design, marketing, and customer service teams to enhance user experience and drive online sales. Execute promotional campaigns and coordinate with the marketing team for SEO, social media, and paid ads. Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, product performance, and sales trends using tools like Google Analytics and platform dashboards. Ensure high standards of product presentation, customer support, and post-sales service. Preferred candidate profile 2 to 5 years of proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the fashion or apparel industry. Proficiency in platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, Nykaa or Myntra. Understanding of e-commerce logistics , inventory management, and marketplace compliance. Familiarity with digital marketing basics , including SEO, social media, and performance tracking. Strong Excel and data management skills; ability to interpret metrics and generate actionable insights. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
