E-Commerce Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing and updating the company's website content, products, and overall online presence. Additionally, you will develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM and social media, to drive traffic and increase online sales. You will also monitor and analyze sales data and key performance metrics to identify trends, improve conversion rates, and report on performance. Enhancing the user experience on the website and managing customer inquiries and support will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will coordinate with the design team for visual merchandising, oversee order fulfillment, and ensure timely delivery with logistics partners. Conducting competitor analysis and staying up-to-date with industry trends will also be a key aspect of your role.
