E-Commerce Executive

As an E-commerce Executive (Order Processing/Fulfillment Manager), you will be responsible for carrying out the processing of online website orders. This includes printing invoices, communicating with customers regarding order modifications, and order confirmations. Your role will require you to actively handle issues related to order confirmation, shipping, and delivery, as well as coordinate with the Order Packing Team in case of inventory issues or order modifications. You will also be expected to maintain a list of shipped orders on a daily basis and perform other order processing tasks assigned by the management. To excel in this role, proficiency in spoken and written English is essential. You must be fluent in handling computers and typing emails. The ability to multitask when required and to smartly resolve any issues for the benefit of the organization is also important. Good English, smart working, honesty, and basic computer knowledge are the key qualities we are looking for in a candidate. Training and guidelines will be provided for everything else. Responsibilities: - Communicate in English with customers from all over India regarding incomplete orders or unconfirmed orders on the automatic calling system. - Print orders and maintain a list of shipped orders daily. - Handle issues related to order confirmation, shipping, and delivery. - Coordinate with the Order Packing Team for inventory issues and order modifications. - Perform other order processing tasks assigned by the management. Qualifications: - Proficiency in spoken and written English. - Fluent in handling computers and typing emails. - Ability to multitask. - Smart and creative problem-solving skills. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers as well. The working hours are in the day shift, and the work location may vary as it involves being on the road. Knowledge of the English language is essential for this role.
