E-commerce Executive – Amazon Marketplace Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Male E-commerce Executive with strong hands-on expertise in managing Amazon, Flipkart, and other online platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end e-commerce operations including order fulfilment, inventory management, product listing, and account handling.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings, catalog creation, and uploads on Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points using SEO best practices.
• Create and manage A+ content, Amazon Brand Store, and run basic PPC (sponsored ad) campaigns.
• Handle order processing, returns, and inventory updates.
• Monitor account health, seller performance metrics, and maintain compliance with platform policies.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, track returns, cancellations, and settlements.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer service for smooth order fulfilment.
• Manage payment reconciliations, disputes, and reports via Seller Central / Flipkart dashboards.

Required Skills:

• 3–4 years’ experience in e-commerce operations
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub
• Experience with PPC ads, cataloging, and product optimization
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for reporting & analysis
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple platforms simultaneously
• Good communication skills and problem-solving mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
