E-Commerce & Dispatch Executive

Role Overview: As a Website Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and functional. This includes managing product listings, content, and promotional offers to enhance the overall user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Manage product listings, content, and promotional offers on the website - Pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment - Coordinate with shipping carriers and logistics partners for pickups and track shipments - Monitor inventory levels and oversee warehouse operations - Identify and implement process improvements for order fulfillment and dispatch - Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and customer interactions - Train and supervise dispatch staff to enhance team performance Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in website management and e-commerce operations - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in data management and reporting - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Experience in inventory and warehouse management is a plus Please note that this job is full-time and permanent, and the work location is in person.,
