Experience: 5–7 years

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced consultant to audit and optimize e-commerce and digital marketing operations for global and local clients. The role involves reviewing campaign performance, operational processes, and compliance standards across online commerce platforms and digital media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. E-Commerce Campaign Audits: Analyze and review post-campaign performance for e-commerce platforms (marketplaces, quick commerce, D2C portals, service delivery portals, healthcare, travel, etc.).

2. Review performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, Programmatic, Affiliate, Network, and Social platforms. Evaluate campaign effectiveness, cost efficiency, and adherence to client objectives.

3. Review the process efficiency for product listings, sponsored ads, category pages, and brand pages for ROI and cost optimization. Identify issues related to content accuracy, keyword optimization, and response management.

4. Operational Process Review:

  • Assess O2C (Order-to-Cash) cycle efficiency, including warehouse & logistics operations, stock management, invoicing, and revenue reconciliation.
  • Investigate cases of brand infringement, counterfeit products, and inaccurate content descriptions.
  • Using available data insights from clients, reviewing clients’ strategies for pricing, new product launch, new product development, competitor benchmarking, and opportunity mapping

5. Financial & ROI Monitoring:

  • Evaluate ROI for promotional schemes, offers, discounts, and trade deals.
  • Identify cost and quality benchmarks and provide actionable insights for optimization.

6. Client & Project Management:

  • Support pitch management by assisting clients in selecting vendors and agencies. Manage client relationships, ensuring smooth project delivery, risk management, and timely communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful campaigns and business outcomes.

7. Expertise Development:

  • Specialization in e-commerce and digital marketing within the Global Digital SME group.
  • Train team members and develop methodologies for improved insights.
  • Stay updated with emerging digital commerce trends and best practices.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and campaign optimization.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Programmatic Advertising, PPC, Sponsored Ads, Affiliate Marketing, and SEO.
  • Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Excellent project management and client relationship skills.

Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce, D2C, and digital campaign management.
  • Experience in auditing media spends and campaign performance will be preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM, CDP, Ad-Fraud detection tools is a plus.
  • Proficiency in digital analytics, campaign management, performance marketing, e-commerce platform management tools and other emerging marketing technologies.
