Profile Audit Executive

Department:

Role Overview

Responsible for auditing the admissions process, verifying data, ensuring compliance, and reviewing employee travel reimbursement claims.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Admissions Process Audit

  • Conduct regular audits of the end-to-end admissions workflow.
  • Review application forms, documentation, eligibility checks, and fee records.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of student data in ERP/CRM systems.

2. Compliance & Policy Monitoring

  • Ensure compliance with university policies, admission guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify deviations or procedural lapses and escalate them with detailed reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all student and institutional data.

3. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly audit reports for management review.
  • Highlight discrepancies with corrective action recommendations.
  • Maintain proper records of audit findings and track closure of identified issues.

4. Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with the Admissions, Finance, and Records departments for data verification.
  • Assist in training staff regarding process compliance and documentation accuracy.
  • Support the audit team in special audits or surprise checks during peak admission periods.

5. Data Verification & Quality Assurance

  • Verify student credentials, fee details, and uploaded documents.
  • Ensure timely updating and rectification of incorrect or incomplete data.
  • Perform random sampling checks to maintain data quality.

6. Audit of Employee Bills & Travel Reimbursements

  • Monitor and verify employee travel reimbursement claims and submitted bills to detect fake, duplicate, or manipulated documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of travel claims and supporting documentation.
  • Conduct data audits to identify anomalies, fraudulent entries, or policy violations.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure only valid reimbursement claims are processed.
  • Prepare discrepancy reports and recommend corrective actions.
