Purpose of Position ‘Process Consultants’ are required for perform check-sheet based Internal audit of sales process for automotive dealerships. Process consultant play a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to defined process and to streamline the end-to-end sales process of automotive client. Nature of Work This position works as part of a team, receiving assignments from leads and performing reviews on real-time basis. Audit reviews are conducted in accordance with the policy established agreed by the client. The Process Consultant will interact with specified level of personnel at client, primarily in the area of sales but also withother departments such as Insurance, RTO Department, After Sales, Accounts, HR, IT, etc. on need basis.
