E-commerce Data Administrator

We are looking for a proactive and organised Ecommerce data administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock levels, product listings, and logistics, ensuring smooth operations on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. You will work closely with various teams to maintain inventory accuracy, address slow-moving products, and ensure efficient communication with customers and suppliers. · Regularly manage and update product mapping and ensure accurate stock tally. · Identify slow-moving products and take appropriate actions to improve stock turnover · Monitor sold-out products and notify the purchasing team to replenish stock in a timely manner. · Regularly check transport, clearance, and logistic charges to ensure cost efficiency. · Manage removal, FBA, and carrier claims on a regular basis to ensure smooth order fulfillment. · Oversee and manage product listings across various online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Onbuy, etc.) . Create postage labels for the orders · Communicate effectively with customers to resolve any issues or concerns regarding products and orders. · Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly analysis and reporting on stock levels, sales performance, and product trends If you are a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with a passion for managing inventory and ensuring seamless marketplace operations, we would love to hear from you!
