Job Description

As a Customer Service Executive in Jodhpur, your role involves resolving inquiries, providing product information, and fostering positive relationships with customers. Your strong communication skills and customer-centric attitude will be vital in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately through email or chat. - Identify customer needs and provide appropriate assistance. - Update internal databases with information on customer issues and discussions. - Proactively monitor customer complaints and offer support. - Collaborate with team members by sharing feature requests and effective workarounds. - Follow up with customers to ensure resolution of technical issues. - Gather and relay customer feedback to Product, Sales, and Marketing teams. Qualifications & Skills: - Previous experience in Customer Support or a similar role. - Familiarity with the Health & Beauty industry is a plus. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with excellent problem-solving abilities. - Ability to multitask effectively and demonstrate patience in handling challenging situations. - Proficiency in MS Office tools. - Graduation qualification is required for this role.,
