E-commerce Customer Service

As a Customer Service Executive in Jodhpur, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately through email or chat. By identifying customer needs and providing the necessary assistance, you will contribute to building positive relationships with our valued customers. Your excellent communication skills and customer-centric attitude will be essential in delivering a seamless experience for our customers. You will be expected to update our internal databases with relevant information, monitor customer complaints, and proactively reach out to offer assistance. Additionally, sharing customer feedback and insights with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams will be vital in enhancing our services and products. Following up with customers to ensure resolution of technical issues and sharing feature requests with team members will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have prior experience in Customer Support or a similar role. Familiarity with the Health & Beauty industry would be advantageous. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong problem-solving abilities, will be key to your success. Your proficiency in multitasking, patience in handling challenging situations, and hands-on experience with MS Office will be valuable assets in meeting the demands of this position.
