E-commerce Customer Service

Location: Jodhpur

Shift Time: – 11:00 AM- 8:00PM /12:30 PM-9:30 PM (Sunday off)

Key Responsibility will be:

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or chat.
• Identify customer needs and help customers accordingly.
• Update our internal databases with information about issues and useful discussions with customers.
• Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance.
• Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
• Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience as a Customer Support or similar role
• Familiarity with Health & Beauty industry is a plus
• Excellent communication (Written & Verbal) and problem-solving skills
• Multi-tasking abilities
• Patience when handling tough cases
• Hands on experience on MS Office
• Graduate
