The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, serving as their point of contact, and ensuring customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and addressing concerns.
Customer connect for order confirmation and other order related queries
Assisted Sales to understand client’s requirement and converting leads
Customer Support for cancellation, exchange and refund process
Order management and order fulfillment process
Co-ordinating with internal team for order fulfillment process
Customer Feedback and reviews collection
Empathy to understand the customers concerns and ensure they get timely resolution.
Respond to customer enquiries via chat, email, or phone
Provide personalized experience to customers Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field, with a preference for candidates with a background in fashion.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Proven ability to cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Experience in e-commerce or fashion retail industry is a plus
Experience in Customer Relationship Management will be preferred.
Flexibility to work across different shifts to accommodate customer needs.
