Job Description

About the Role

Manage and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)
Monitor daily sales, pricing, stock levels, and promotional activities
Analyze marketplace performance and create strategies to boost sales
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, inventory, and logistics
Handle account health, customer queries, and issue resolution
Run and optimize advertisements (sponsored ads, CPC campaigns) on marketplaces
Evaluate competition and prepare reports on market trends
Develop business growth plans and execute them to achieve revenue targets

Required Skills

Minimum
1 year of experience
in e-commerce marketplace management
Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other platforms
Knowledge of listing optimization, keywords, and ranking
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel and reporting
Communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in running Amazon/Flipkart ads
Knowledge of inventory management and order fulfilment
Understanding of product pricing and competitor analysis
