About the Role

  • Manage and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)
  • Monitor daily sales, pricing, stock levels, and promotional activities
  • Analyze marketplace performance and create strategies to boost sales
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, inventory, and logistics
  • Handle account health, customer queries, and issue resolution
  • Run and optimize advertisements (sponsored ads, CPC campaigns) on marketplaces
  • Evaluate competition and prepare reports on market trends
  • Develop business growth plans and execute them to achieve revenue targets

Required Skills

  • Minimum

    1 year of experience

    in e-commerce marketplace management
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other platforms
  • Knowledge of listing optimization, keywords, and ranking
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting
  • Communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in running Amazon/Flipkart ads
  • Knowledge of inventory management and order fulfilment
  • Understanding of product pricing and competitor analysis
