Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assist with product listing, pricing, and content updates.
Upload and manage product images, descriptions, and attributes.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory team.
Support daily operations on e-commerce platforms.
Track orders and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.
Assist in handling returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Monitor daily sales, traffic, and basic performance metrics.
Prepare simple sales and performance reports.
Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and content creation.
Assist with social media posting and coordination.
Respond to basic customer queries.
Work closely with design, marketing, and logistics teams.

Preferred candidate profile

Basic understanding of e-commerce operations.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
