Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

Conduct market research, analyze industry trends and identify opportunities for growth in relation to Nomura s Fixed Income electronic business.
Work closely with senior stakeholders to develop strategic presentations and documents for client pitches, marketing materials etc.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic recommendations for Fixed Income trading desks.
Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other tools to track market data and trends.
Provide analytical support for client engagements including data analysis and research.

Mind Set:

Mandatory Desired Domain

Bachelor s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related fields.
More than 5 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting or related fields.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Experience with data analysis and market research.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders and interact with all levels of individuals in the business.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python.
Strong understanding of Flow Business (FI or FX) and financial markets.

Qualification

Postgraduate/Graduate in Management, Economics, Engineering
