Job Description

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Design deploy and manage Dynatrace monitoring solutions for applications services and infrastructure
  • Develop and maintain Terraform modules to automate Dynatrace configuration and integration
  • Collaborate with DevOps Cloud and Application teams to ensure observability best practices
  • Create custom dashboards alerts and synthetic tests in Dynatrace
  • Integrate Dynatrace with CI CD pipelines and other monitoring tools
  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to improve system reliability and efficiency
  • Maintain documentation for monitoring configurations and automation scripts
  • Participate in incident response and root cause analysis using Dynatrace data

    • Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Dynatrace in enterprise environments
  • Proficiency in Terraform and infrastructure as code principles
  • Strong scripting coding skills in Python PowerShell Bash or similar
  • Experience with cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP
  • Familiarity with CI CD tools e g Jenkins GitHub Actions
  • Understanding of APM infrastructure monitoring and log analytics
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Dynatrace certification s e g Professional or Associate
  • Experience with Kubernetes Docker and microservices monitoring
  • Knowledge of configuration management tools e g Ansible Chef
  • Exposure to ITIL practices and SRE principles
