Job Description

As an Infoscion, you will be an integral part of the Infosys consulting team. Your main responsibility will involve addressing customer issues, diagnosing problem areas, designing innovative solutions, and overseeing deployment to ensure client satisfaction. You will take ownership of parts of the proposal document and contribute to the solution design process based on your expertise. - Plan configuration activities and implement product configurations according to the design - Conduct conference room pilots and resolve any queries related to requirements and solution design - Conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops, and provide effort estimates aligning with customer budget constraints and organizational financial guidelines Key requirements for this position include: - Ability to develop innovative strategies and models driving client innovation, growth, and business profitability - Knowledge of software configuration management systems, staying informed about the latest technologies and industry trends - Demonstrating logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and collaboration capabilities - Understanding financial processes for different project types and pricing models - Assessing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending appropriate technology solutions - Familiarity with one or two industry domains, client interfacing skills, project management experience, and team management skills are essential for success in this role.,
