🚨Position : Dynamics 365 Support Resource
💼 Exp Level: 5 years of experience
📍 Location: Visakhapatnam/Vizag
Shift Timings: 6:00PM IST to 3:00AM IST (Night Shift)
Provide functional and technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, ensuring smooth business operations across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and related modules.
Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues in Dynamics 365 F&O.
Support finance and supply chain users with configuration and data validation.
Develop functional specifications and collaborate with developers for customizations.
Manage user access, workflows, and role-based security.
Perform regression and user acceptance testing for updates and new releases.
Document system configurations and process flows.
Skills & Qualifications: (5+ yrs experience)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O modules.
Experience with SQL, Power BI, and LCS (Lifecycle Services).
Understanding of ERP workflows and financial principles.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
