Job Description

- Design, develop, and implement solutions based on client requirements using Dynamics 365 CE.
- Customize entities, forms, views, and workflows in the Dynamics CRM environment.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for CRM solutions.
- Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure quality and functionality of developed solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for all customizations and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the CRM system.
- Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices.
