Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Test Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/FO) and strong experience in healthcare domain workflows. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, functional testing, and automation across Dynamics 365 modules. Familiarity with clinical workflows, healthcare data standards, HL7/FHIR APIs, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA/HITECH) is required.

This role will focus on validating complex integrations between Dynamics 365 and healthcare systems (EHR/EMR, HL7, FHIR APIs), ensuring system reliability and compliance while supporting Agile delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for Dynamics 365 modules in clinical and operational workflows.
• Validate integrations between Dynamics 365 and external healthcare systems, such as EHR/EMR platforms, HL7 interfaces, and FHIR APIs.
• Perform functional, regression, system, and UAT testing across web and mobile platforms.
• Ensure QA processes and data handling comply with HIPAA, HITECH, and healthcare regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, clinical users, and analysts to refine requirements and troubleshoot defects.
• Use Azure DevOps, Test Manager, and Power Platform tools for test management and automation.
• Track, log, and manage defects from identification to resolution.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies – sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and stand-ups.
• Enhance and maintain test automation frameworks for recurring Dynamics 365 scenarios.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of QA experience with focus on Dynamics 365 (CE/FO).
• Hands-on experience testing D365 modules (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance & Ops).
• Strong knowledge of healthcare integrations – HL7, FHIR APIs, and EHR/EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner).
• Expertise with QA/test management tools such as Azure DevOps, Test Manager, or similar.
• Experience with test automation frameworks for D365 or Power Platform.
• Knowledge of Postman or similar tools for API testing.
• Strong SQL, scripting, or programming skills (C#, PowerShell, JavaScript preferred).
• Deep understanding of healthcare regulatory standards (HIPAA, HITECH).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and defect triage skills in clinical system testing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
