Position: Dy Manager/Manager (Accounts)

Posting : Noida, Head Office

Role : Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Ensure timely Closing books of accounts in compliance with applicable accounting standards IND AS & Coordinate with Inter units – Monthly / Qtrly/Yearly.
• Handle statutory, internal and tax audits queries ensuring timely closure and coordination with auditors, inter units
• Analysing of Company vendor payment requests with the budget and share the outcomes with the management.
• Supervise the accounts team & proactive action to be taken
• Analyse MIS Reports & other reports and inform management for variances or actions to be taken for decision making.
• Provide financial insights to management for strategic planning.
• Establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Identify process improvement opportunities for efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure Insurance MIS & Claim documents timely action been done.
• Ensure Monthly compliance checklist of documents strictly followed.
• Any other works as instructed by Management

Qualifications & Skills

• CA Inter or M.Com – 5 to 7 Yrs Experience
