Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Implement and maintain QMS as per
IATF 16949 & ISO 9001
.
Manage documentation: Quality Manual, SOPs, WI, procedures.
Plan and conduct internal audits; coordinate customer and 3rd-party audits.
Handle customer complaints (8D, RCA) and drive CAPA.
Ensure compliance with
Core Tools
(APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
Monitor process performance, KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
Coordinate supplier quality audits and follow-ups.
Provide QMS training and support cross-functional teams.
Act as the primary
MR
for internal, customer, and certification audits.

Preferred candidate profile

IATF 16949, ISO 9001, Internal Audits, APQP/PPAP, FMEA, CAPA, 8D, RCA, Documentation Control, Continuous Improvement.
