Job Description

As the ideal candidate for this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the assembly line of Electrical products. You will lead a team of at least 50-60 operators, ensuring smooth operations and high productivity levels. Your knowledge of Safety standards, 5S, DWM, TPM, LEAN, KAIZEN, and QCC will be crucial in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. In this role, you will be expected to identify and eliminate technical bottlenecks in production and facilitate the ramp-up process. Your attention to detail will be essential in maintaining proper documentation for DWM activities and ensuring adherence to all SOP/PL guidelines. The qualifications required for this position include experience in handling assembly lines of Electrical products, strong leadership skills to manage a large team of operators, and a thorough understanding of safety standards and operational best practices. Additionally, the ability to remove technical bottlenecks and maintain proper documentation for activities is essential. This is a full-time position based in Gujarat, Vadodara, with an ongoing unposting date.
