Dy . Manager - On Order Development

Qualification : Bachelors degree in Instrumentation / Mechanical Engineering

Experience : 5 7 Yrs

Location of Job : Asangaon

Key Skills Required:
Knowledge of engineering principles and methodologies Proficient in utilizing CAD software, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD, for 3D modelling and design Detail-oriented approach, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the product development process Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet tight deadlines

Job Profile :

Manage the entire order development process from initiation to completion
Conduct thorough analysis of customer requirements and specifications to ensure accurate and appropriate order execution Monitor and track order progress, identifying and resolving any non conformities delays Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment As a continuous process, identify products for standardization and undertake value analysis/value engineering initiatives to enhance product performance and reduce costs Focus on standardizing models through combining and reducing varieties of models created over a period of time Maintain and manage documents related to standard models in knowledge management to enhance speed efficiency in the development process Continuously evaluate and improve order development processes and procedures, implementing efficiencies where possible
