Dy. Manager / Manager Finance - CA Only

As a Deputy Manager / Manager Finance (CA) at our company, you will be responsible for a range of key tasks. **Role Overview:** You will be leading the Budget, Forecast, and Monthly MIS cycles, tracking variances, and driving corrective actions. Your role will involve preparing financials under IGAAP/IND AS, coordinating Statutory/Internal audits, and ensuring compliance with indirect/direct tax regulations. Additionally, you will review AR/AP aging, provisions, customer/supplier reconciliations, and strengthen working capital controls. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead Budget, Forecast, and Monthly MIS cycles; track variances and drive corrective actions. - Prepare financials under IGAAP/IND AS; coordinate Statutory/Internal audits and close audit points. - Ensure robust indirect/direct tax compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, VAT legacy) and timely filings. - Review AR/AP aging, provisions, customer/supplier reconciliations; strengthen working capital controls. - Own inventory accounting integrity in ERP (Oracle): cycle counts, valuation, and GL tieouts. - Analyze incentives (DGFT/export), cost changes (BOM), and commercial terms for business decisions. - Provide analytical reviews, dashboards, and management packs to leadership on performance KPIs. **Qualification Required:** - CA qualification - Hands-on experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, Monthly MIS, and Inventory accounting. - Preparation and audit of financial statements under IGAAP & IND AS; strong GL scrutiny. - Working knowledge of Customs, GST, Income Tax, TDS, VAT compliance, and returns. - Exposure to DGFT/Foreign Trade (export incentives), customer/supplier reconciliations, AR/AP control. - Solid understanding of product cost/BOM changes and impact on pricing/margins. - ERP experience (Oracle preferred); strong analytical and Excel skills. - Prior experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive Tier1/Tier2 preferred). **Additional Details:** Diversity role: Women finance professionals are strongly encouraged to apply.,
