1. Responsible to manage, control & Drive the entire accounts, Finance and Commercial activities towards achieving set cost control targets.
2. Implementing the concept and controlling of RM material cost and costing process
3. Handling the Cost audit and providing required details to Auditors. Cooperating with the Audit Process in providing pertinent documents to external auditors or regulatory entities
4. Conducting department meetings and creating awareness and benefit of cost control and Maintaining a high degree of visibility in all departments
5. Monthly and weekly analysis on Department wise expenses and submitting the variance report to management.
6. Monthly and weekly MIS and providing the required details/ statistical details to Management
7. OBS system management, and for Budget control
8. Scrap and SFRN control and analysis
