Role Overview: You will be responsible for performing the assigned job responsibilities within the IT Department in accordance with the company standards. Your role will involve coordinating with various departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the IT department within specified timelines. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor all issues within the department and ensure timely closure based on department guidelines and SOPs. - Design, implement, and execute in-house software and external software/modules add-ons for the current ERP system as per user requirements, ensuring timely resolution of ERP-related issues. - Supervise server/user data backup, AMCs, IT audit, and other compliance activities as per departmental SOPs, guidelines, and practices. - Supervise the team as necessary. - Update all reports and ensure compliance with departmental SOPs, guidelines, and practices. - Conduct meetings and training sessions on departmental SOPs, guidelines, and practices. - Undertake any other tasks assigned by the reporting manager. - Job responsibilities may be subject to review and addition based on company requirements. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in IT department operations and management. - Proficiency in software design, implementation, and execution. - Strong understanding of ERP systems and modules. - Excellent supervisory and team management skills. - Ability to conduct meetings and training sessions effectively. - Compliance-oriented mindset with a focus on following SOPs and guidelines.,
