DV Engineer High Speed PCIe

As a Verification Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 25 engineers specializing in PCIe, USB, and Ethernet controllers with a deep understanding of protocols, including UVM. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing a team of 25 Verification engineers with expertise in PCIe, USB, and Ethernet controllers - Demonstrating knowledge and experience in High-Speed Protocols such as PCIe, USB, and Ethernet - Utilizing Verification IP (VIP) for PCIe, USB, and Ethernet protocols - Proficiency in System Verilog and UVM for verification tasks - Familiarity with Constant Random Verification (CRV) techniques - Implementing coverage and assertions in System Verilog - Experience in scripting languages such as Perl or Python for automation - Strong debugging and problem-solving skills - Effective communication abilities - Collaborating effectively within the team - Demonstrating project ownership and taking initiative The above role requires candidates to have hands-on experience in managing a team of verification engineers and a strong background in verification methodologies and protocols.
